Conservation

I'm sorry it's been so long since I've made a new post, I've been busy, ill, tired, you know the drill. But today's tip is for any game you'll ever play. Actually I might have already posted about this.. I dunno, but I'll go deeper into it with more examples.

So many games out there have a money system.. probably because it wouldn't make much sense to not. (Heh could you imagine a game with no money, just items to trade? I can see people finding the most common stackable item and using it as money xD) GETTING OFF TOPIC HERE.. in EVERY mmorpg there are always people who ask how to make money, and I know the best tip you can tell anyone that applies to any game. Don't waste your freaking money, and play conservatively. Be a scavenger. Say a game uses gold coins as a money system, how rare, and you see 2 coins on the ground. WHAT DO YOU DO? YOU TAKE 'EM! 2 > 0, and your poor self needs to have more than you have now, and those 2 coins will help you in that journey. It might be (dare I say) a noob thing to do in your game of choice, but who cares. It's not like anyone calling you a noob and being serious about it is your friend or anything, and if they are, well then.. I'll be your friend. ^-^

This post seems kind of informal, but who cares. As always, have nice day.

Runescape.. again

I apologize if there seems to be any lack of originality in my posts, I've been playing a lot of Runescape lately. I don't know if anyone else is like this, but I tend to go through 'phases' of sorts when it comes to games, for example I'll be playing Runescape for about a month, because every other game seems boring, then Runescape will become dull and I'll move to another game, which will begin to bore me at some point and so on..

Anywho, I rambled for a bit there. Today's tip is for Runescape - and it's a pretty specific one, sorry. If you like to kill Aviansies over at God Wars Dungeon (I do it a lot,) it's good to bring 1 of every god item (Bandos, Armadyll, Saradomin, Zamorak,) and use the monsters around the aviansies to your advantage. There's one spot that has a Gorak (level 149) which is aggressive towards the aviansies and is a huge help. Don't worry, if you just TOUCH an Aviansie once and let a monster do the rest, you still get the drop. However, if you hit one, it will become aggressive to you, and not the other monster that is fighting it. Using the monsters like this not only saves bolts and food, but also helps prevent getting bored, you can get really attached to those monsters. :)

As always my friends, have nice day

Thank you :)

Thank you for the positive feedback, everyone! 20 followers is pretty awesome for me :)

As for a tip, this one is for World of Warcraft.

I've played both Alliance and Horde an equal amount, I have no side I'd choose over the other, because I don't believe in taking a game THAT seriously, but here's my impression of both sides. Remember, this is my experience, not fact, of course. :)

Alliance - Usually an older aged group of people. Mainly casual, as well. (NOT everyone. There are always exceptions!) and generally not as strong as Horde, you'll see why in their section. You'll have more positive moments interacting with people at times also.

Horde - The hardcore players. Can be any age group, I kid you not, I've talked to a 7 year old blood elf (he was really nice, though.) If you have the time and stamina for gaming, this is your place to go, it'll pay off more. You'll find more hardcore, 'pro' guilds that have serious goals and what-not here, as opposed to laid back guilds on alliance. You might get more crap for being a 'noob' (I despise that word, too..) here as well.

As always, have nice day

Call of Duty gamers

A big tip I can give for Call of Duty gamers, is that the newer the CoD, the harder it is. By that I mean the more presence of people with any skill will be. I played Modern Warfare 2 for a while, and it does make me angry, as well as many other people, and I played World at War, which didn't quite make me so angry. Then I got Call of Duty 4 for a good deal on Ebay, and man, that was easy mode. There's no promise you'll have the same situation as I will, and I can't say anything about what Black Ops will be like, but it looks awesome :). Anywho, sorry this is such a short post, can't think of much else to say for now. Have nice day friends

For multiple MMO's

If you're low on time for games, you might want to choose only one MMO to play. Or maybe you just prefer one. Whatever, but this will show you a bit of what I know about games. Remember, I haven't played some as much as others, so it this isn't 100% accurate. ;)

Runescape - a simple game with simple concepts, even the programming is simple. The community isn't the best, but has alright people- you could run into an immature 9 year old, or an intelligent and respectful adult, all depending on time and placement. A good game to play.
Maplestory - A 2d side-scrolling game that looks childish or "gay" (you know how often that word is used) to some people. It's just a game. It's for fun. The game itself is decent, with plenty to do (grinding can be somewhat tedious) and the community is somewhat decent. It hasn't been the best lately, but you could manage.
Mabinogi - A 3d game with a LOT to do. The community is astounding, the best I've seen in any MMO. (Remember, that could just be ME, you might not have the same luck as I,) although it's free-to-play, it could get a little costy with the advantages that come with paying for some extra features in the game, like a pet.

That's all for now, I'll have another post like this in the future, seeya then!

Biggest FPS tip I think I could give

Any first person shooter has kills and deaths, and everyone gets frustrated with getting more deaths than anticipated (especially on Modern Warfare 2 :), ) but I've found my own way of helping to prevent getting mad and throwing controllers.
PLAY CONSERVATIVELY.
If you get mad from dying a lot, don't die! It's better to get 5 kills and no deaths, than 10 kills and 5 deaths and be extremely mad at the game. This means sitting back more, and (oh god, not that word) CAMPING a lot more. But who cares? A game is a game. (Remember, this is in my opinion) and if you're playing a Call of Duty game, don't hesitate to ween off of stopping power. It makes it easier if you do use it again, and you can try out the advantages of other perks. Cold blooded, camouflage, UAV jammer will be your best friends at times.

More random things to get this started

Well this is kind of exciting! Here's a little more info on me and what I'm doing:
I'm very obsessive compulsive when it comes to video games, maybe because I'm a fat nerd :P; but I want to provide little tips and tricks and pieces of advice to make things easier for you on any game you play, here's a few main ones I play:
Runescape, Maplestory, Mabinogi, Call of Duty Modern warfare 2, World at War, Call of Duty 4, (Soon Call of Duty Black Ops :),) BattleField: Bad Company 2, Fallout 3, Starcraft Brood War, (Unfortunately not Starcraft 2 :(, ) Minecraft, and the list goes on, but those will probably be the beginning. The first person shooters are for Xbox 360. Hopefully in the future there will be pictures, and videos to go along with all of this, and I hope you enjoy my err.. content!

First MMO tip

We'll start with an MMO that mostly everyone has played - Runescape. It's a simple game to be honest, and doesn't take too much to get good at other than time. There's a lot I could say about how to enhance your experiences with it, ranging from cleaning your bank to how to make money and so on, so I'll start off by saying that you should keep your bank neat. Use tabs, they help to find important stuff you need later and keep junk that you won't need out of there.
A simple first tip but it's a start. Have nice day ~

Introduction

Why, hello there! I'm Roflsmywaffles, and I'll be providing sexy tips for maximizing your gaming experience, and life (assuming you have one!) Sounds cheesy, I know, but it's little things that make bigger things easier. I'll range from all sorts of games, from PC to Xbox 360, unfortunately I don't have a PS3 but it SHOULD run together with 360. As for the games themselves, it'll be MMO to FPS, and a lotta stuff in between.. assuming RTS is in between those two.

Have a sexy day ~
